Original Pizza Margherita
Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

1 11 ounce pkg. refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cup grape tomatoes, halved

8 ounce small fresh mozzarella cheese balls, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup fresh basil leaves

Coarse ground black pepper (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a 15x10-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough in the prepared pan. Press onto the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan. Brush with oil. Bake 7 minutes.

Top with tomatoes, cheese, and garlic. Bake 8 to 10 minutes more or until crust is golden brown. Tear or snip large basil leaves. Sprinkle pizza with basil and, if desired, black pepper.
